Arrived 45 mins later than time stated. Ice was mostly melted and attached to lids. Very disappointing

The frustrating thing about ordering online from Candy Cream is that you're charged an extra 50p for service and 35p for a bag. The bags that they're using are completely unnecessary and not particularly good for the environment.

Didn’t deliver my sundae

Ice cream was melted was completely liquid, sauce on cookie dough didn’t taste like Nutella. Normally the service is brilliant sadly not this time

absolutely amazing, shared with myself and my friend and was a big portion for us both. will be ordering again

I was just saying to the delivery driver how great the sundaes are and sadly they weren't as good this time....I got my son a Bueno sundae and got myself a brownie sundae and to be honest it was filled with ice cream and if we were lucky it had 4/5 bits of Buenos and brownie in them......so we were very disappointed
