Everything great but no Ice arrived with order.

Awful experience. I’m a repeat customer and have been getting desert from Candy cream for years. I ordered a chocolate fudge brownie sundae along with a brownie stack. When the delivery arrived, only the brownie stack was included. I initially assumed the sundae might be in the bag, but after the driver had already left, I checked and found it was missing. I attempted to call out to the driver, but was unable to get his attention. I then contacted the restaurant and was advised that a replacement sundae would be sent out within five minutes. Unfortunately, I had to wait a further 25 minutes for it to arrive. In total, the order took approximately an hour and a half to be completed, due to the initial mistake and the delay in resolving it. This level of service is disappointing and not what I would expect.

It states delivery but hasn’t been delivered. Now the shop is closed and nobody has contacted me or cancelled the order.

Always amazing

Have eaten here before and was brilliant but this time - unfortunately I ordered the same hot waffle and or turned up cold and they forgot the ice cream. So I rang the person seem abit annoyed that I wanted my ice cream delivered.

Never received my order after them telling me it was out with the driver. Have requested a refund.

It hasn’t came

An hour late, wouldn’t answer the phone and the food was cold wouldn’t recommend

Delicious ice cream and fast delivery

Paid extra for 2 x Belgian chocolate ice creams and was sent vanilla, didn’t realise until home after collecting. Almost £20 for 2 cookie doughs and can’t even get the order correct. Cookie dough also tasted weird and very greasy. We won’t be back.

Quick delivery . I love. kinder sundae with the white chocolate it is amazing and I got biscoff cookie dough with ice cream that was good. I will be ordering more from candy cream . Keep up good work
